Change in Greenhouses?

Was there a ninja nerf to greenhouses? I ask because I hit multiple today and not once did I get energy. I usually get a small amount of energy (along with ingredients) but got none today. It might have been coincidental timing with the recent update, but I'm curious to know if energy retrieval was removed from greenhouses because if so, they are completely pointless now so I won't take time to go to them.

    I received energy from Greenhouses earlier today, maybe thats not it. I get the impression the bell curve is a little deeper now, yesterday it was pretty much all pumpkin juice and very few turkey dinners. Today, appears to be back to normal. Not sure what to make of it... Ride the wave!

    You're talking about inns (pumpkin and turkey). I'm referring to the greenhouses themselves.

    My request to Niantic would be to change greenhouses into inns and call it a day.

    Sometimes get ingredients and energy, sometimes just ingredients. I can't see any difference in drop rate today.

    Ok so @Whitehorsematt - You're saying that since the event launch and after updating the app, you saw no change? If so, that's good news. Might just be coincidental on my part. I hit quite a few greenhouses today and not one of them gave me energy (which was out of the norm).

    I just got energy at greenhouse about 15 min ago. Post app and asset update. Seems about the same to me.

    I haven't noticed anything different from inns and greenhouses. There's a lot more ingredients that spawn though it seems.

    As far as I can tell, there is a 33% chance of getting energy from a greenhouse. 1 of the pots will have 4 energy, and a small amount of one ingredient. The other 2 will have amounts of 2 ingredients. I haven't figured out if there is a pattern there. I played for a bit over an hour today, have a couple greenhouses near me, and found no difference compared to my usual energy haul from them. A couple days ago though, I came up dry in the same rough amount of time.

    As to inns, they seem to change their menu every few hours.

    Regarding map ingredients, I too have noticed a definite uptick in their appearance as of today.
