Help when I take the night bus, the screen freezes and I can not select chamber, have to start the game again. I can not use charm and SOS training. It started July 18, 2020.
I am unable to pick up energy, ingredients, portkeys or foundables. I can't even rotate the screen and my character just stands there with arms straight out to the sides like the letter "T". Also I'm unable to enter any level of wizard challenge on the Knight Bus. I missed the entire event from this past weekend due to theses issues.

I was two opponents away from completing the community day challenge (Dark 1 for me) and now my game is frozen, can't move character is in a T pose, it freezes when I hit the fortress. Having bought and now wasted a ton of gold, exstimulo and healing potions and almost being done, I'm very, very, very frustrated. I restarted the game several times to no avail.
After a wizarding challenge I didn’t complete, my game has now crashed and is only showing my wizard in the T position-no icons on screen. Have deleted and reinstalled. Same happens. Please help :)

I have a similar problem. Access to the fortress rooms is impossible, the screen is blocked. I have to force close the app to return on the map.
Once I have a message : screenshot = Impossible to join the room.
I can’t do any wizard challenge :/

My name in the game is Morzed. I play with my Iphone.
ever since the 1st year brilliant event started the game freezes when i use the bus to enter challenges.
Also, i cannot unlock any new training and get a server error.
I have switched between wifi and 4g, reinstalled game and updated it. No change.
Samsung S9.

UPDATE: it’s working!
Suddenly, when I enter the Knight’s Bus my game freezes on the chamber selection screen and I have to force close the game to get out.
Right before this happened I got booted from the game after finishing a battle and waiting to see what type of runestone gift I’d gotten.
The rest of the game seems fine.
I can log in go to all pages share gifts brew potions but my map is frozen and when entering The bus The game totaly break down.
