Request to extend July Wizarding Weekend

On behalf of a series of HPWU communities, I would like to put a request to have the Legends of Hogwarts Wizarding Weekend extended.
The current technical issues which players are currently experiencing has hindered many of us from coordinating Knight Bus battles with friends, to taking time off from our personal schedules to partake in the event.
We would like to request an extended period to complete these tasks or for the same event to be postponed until a later date once this issues have been resolved.

I'm stuck since the beginning of the event. Tried everything, reinstalled the app, deleted cache, made a rain dance but nothing worked and this is a shame because I really want to catch some Dumbledores. Fix this and extend the event please

I support this request. Haven't been able to login for almost 30 hours now.
Yesterday i have many issus with log in. Today it works 2 hours. But now the same login issus.
I'm having problems loading the app.
Its been in a time loop that keeps loading for an hour. It worked fine for about an hour this morning, used 2 potions to attract more traces and for challenges and bam it kicked me out.
I've uninstalled and installed the app. Still trying to load.
Also when I am done in a wizard challenge and go back into the map to collect more foundables my wand doesn't appear. I have to keep closing the game and opening just to play.

I still cannot play in the game because my login isn't working since 7 hours. I'll hope they figure it out soon and extend this event.

Konnte gestern nur 90 Minuten an dem Event teilnehmen. Eine Verlängerung wäre super, falls ich mich wieder einloggen kann.
Luckily I saw there were issues but I know others weren't so lucky and I can't complete the fortress task because of it. I completely agree with extending the event

With such 'disastrous' server malfunction specific to an important part of the weekend event, it is only right that some extension (or rescheduling which I hate to fall on a First Saturday) be implemented especially in consideration to the other players who are still unable to log in to the game (due to that 'disastrous' server malfunction).
Auch ich komme seit gestern Abend nicht mehr ins Spiel und habe so keine Chance das Event zu erledigen!
Daher hoffe ich das das Zauber Wochenende wiederholt wird ,eine verlängert finde ich für die Berufsleute in der Woche nicht ausreichend , da man nicht die Zeit hat.
I support this request. I cannot open the game since last night. This is frustrating.
Agreed! Postpone is best if they cannot resolve the fortress/knight bus issues plaguing the system in the very near future. There have been several people seeing drastically different spawn rates for the various foundables that we are supposed to return as well, with several wasted Trace Detection potions or Dark Detectors and little to show for it (check out the various subreddits and their posts, which are numerous). My wife and I haven’t been able to advance, as she was stuck not being able to login for the entire day yesterday, and of course neither of us dares to try a fortress chamber... this would also impact the upcoming brilliant event, if they are unable to come to a resolution... so all event timings need to be considered based on when a complete resolution can be put into place.
Yes please postpone this event until everybody can log in again and maybe you should install an autoresponse for reactions to your autoresponse. After more than 4 hours I'm asking myself if the email landed in spam.
I would also like to at the event extended. I haven't been able to complete the fortress take because of the bug.
I was also involved and missed 12 hours to use the game at all. And we are still all are involved as the Knight Bus still not proposed to be used and without it doing the event from Quarantine is like impossible at all. Please listen to community and make some useful change and/or extrnsion on this event. Thank you.

I support the idea of an extension or postponement. We have been specifically asked not to participate in knight bus (or based on other players' posts, any fortresses) and this is one of the core aspects of the weekend's goals. Speaking personally, my best slice of time to play was yesterday afternoon/evening, during most of which I was unable to login at all. Have not seen a post (yet) that fortresses are safe.
Defenetly needs to be extended, my wife could play for 1 hour and since than she can't start the game
On the face of it, I have not been affected as I have not had any problems logging in (yet) and I can carry on rescuing as I wish.
But we are advised not to fortress, so I am unable to complete the tasks and fortress foundables I need so I can prestige pages as I should during this event.
I know many people who cannot even log in, and are therefore stuck unable to progress through the tasks.
I agree an extension or rescheduling is necessary.
I don't dare to get on the bus which impedes me from completing daily challenge and event.
Agreed! Extend the event. I haven't been able to log into the game for the last 7 hours!
I support both suggestions, extend or postpone!
Especially as it is part of the event, I think it only fair to extend to ensure players have the same time frame to play.

Please please please, extend the event. I haven’t been able to do any of the event yet as got kicked out of account from knight bus right at the start. I’ve tried all the trouble **** but cannot get into the game 😭😭😭💔
I support and agree. If i can't use bus can't do the daily and the two tasks of the event. Please correct the issue and extend the event.

I totally agree so mean people can't even log in to the game right now. I mean even if Fortress are not working the event is a good opportunity to get the new gids and Manuals. But with the log in issue people can't even do that.
