Since last weekend I have trouble to get in any fortress or the knight bus. When I try to go in the screen seems to freeze. I can’t click on anything, can’t scroll, can’t go back. I have waited minutes but nothing changes unfortunately. I have to force close the app and open it again to play again. Without the fortresses or the knight bus I can’t finish any of the events. I saw this bug was reported earlier. Can you please help me to fix the game?

I'm having the same issue and I've done the reinstalling, cleared all my cache redownloaded all the assets but still can't use the fortresses or the knight bus, I can do everything else just not this and this means I can't complete the event or the daily tasks it's very frustrating
Same. I have a Samsung Note 10+. I wonder if the type of phone has anything to do with it. I'm on day 4 of not being able to play and am super frustrated that I won't be able to finish this event. Sorry you all are going through the same thing.

@HPWUrobert hiya, posted a while ago about the frozen T shaped avatar. Can you help? The account is actually Hls122 (not marigold) but I couldn’t get the two to marry up when logging on here. Very difficult to report a bug or get help!!
My game has frozen. My avatar has his arms stretched out and I have no functionality. I have tried restarting and re loading the game, help! This is really hurting my enjoyment of the game. Very frustrated player who has spent a lot of money in this game. How will you compensate me for this problem?
I am able to enter the SOS/profession page but get the message that I cannot change profession during a wizarding challenge.
I appear to be having the same issue a lot of these other people have experienced. One interesting thing I noted is that if you tap the charm tab, you can rotate again and touch traces or an item on the map, but once it resolves you are back to frozen, and you lock up if you use the Knight Bus. If you could try the fix on my account it would be appreciated. Thanks!
Every time I log in it says it’s unable to load fortress chamber and when I “x” out of it it is my avatar frozen with its arms out and no other buttons available to push. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it’s still stuck!
Greetings! I seem to be having the same issue with my avatar stuck in a T-Pose. I've hard reset my phone and deleted and re-downloded the app but it didn't fix anything. @HPWUblue would you be able to help me out as well? My account name is AUSTRAILIA and I can send my friend code if that's needed.

I don't have access to any in-game menus so I have tried emailing, posting in the bugs section of this page and posting on twitter but I have had absolutely no response! I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache and updating but I still come back to the same frozen 'T' position and the screen is unresponsive... Ready to completely delete if I don't get it fixed soon.

Can't select items, energy, etc on screen. Also can select a fortress via night bus. Cant even rotate screen.
