Can't even make a proper ticket about it since the only way to report an issue is through the very app that is broken. (Its sad and disappointing that Niantic didn't think that choice through...)
I am having the same issue. Had entered a wizarding chamber and while waiting for other players to join was “kicked out” and can no longer collect foundables, access wizarding chambers and avatar is stuck in T pose. Have restarted games numerous times as well as deleting app & reinstalling.. No change . Can you help please? Many thanks

I'm having this problem as well. Map stuck and no KB access, but suitcase ,friends/gifts, tasks work.
If I go into the suitcase and click potions, registry or anything, then click top left return to map I can then click one trace before it stops responding again.
Have logged out and in again, force quit and restarted app, restarted phone and all those usual things. No other app is malfunctioning and wifi connection is fine.
No response after tapping on the ruinestone. Not able to continue with the game. Noticed screen freeze in fortress. I have tried to delete the apps and installed again but not successful. Please help. Thanks.
Tried to Close and reopen the app, tried to delete and reinstall but it’s still frozen like that. I can brew positions and open port keys, but I can’t move the map, pick up things, take foundables etc.
@HPWUblue I have the same issue with avatar stuck in tpose, no clicking any foundable or rotating the map. I can click on the knight bus but can’t enter a chamber. I’ve force closed, restarted, reinstalled, Etc and still not fixed.

Hello! I am having a similar/ same issue, my avatar is stuck in the T pose and I cannot click on anything. And now my icons are missing. I have tried restarting and that did not work either. Please let me know what I can do! Thanks!
After logging in my character is stuck in the loading pose and I can't tap on anything. Cleared cache and storage, updated, and reinstalled. Still not working. Logged in with a different email to a "new" account and it worked fine.
@HPWUblue i have similar Problem, i'm stuck in the t-pose when i start the game. I can do everything except fortresses, everytime i enter a Fortress the Game freezes and i have to force Close it. I also can't Change my Profession. The Bug seems to be Account related, because it doesn't work on other phones as well. The Bug appeared after my Game crashed during a Lobby in the knight bus.
I tried contacting Support in Game a while a go, but i still can't play fortresses. Please Help and thank you.
