Any updates to this issue...i just downloaded this game for my kids after being and avid Pokemon player since 2016...but have never been able top connect to the fortress. My game freezes the instant i move through the intro top the knight bus.

Every time i try to enter a fortress chalange or i try to enter the night bus chalange the game displays the folowing error and pushes me to restart the game: An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again.

Night bus service is not available from the start. When you enter Hogwarts and press the menu, an error tells you to reconnect the game. So after reconnecting more than five times, Hogwarts still recommends reconnecting only and cannot proceed. However, it is not even possible to ask a wrong question in Korean. Who are you teasing? Are you discriminating against me? I can't reconnect. It's been a while since I played the game, but I want to stop playing it again. When are you going to fix it?

Everytime I go to a fortress my game freezes, I've waited over 2 minutes and still not working, I've logged in and out to see if that works but it doesn't do anything.
I'm having the same problem. I get the tutorial and then the network error message, which asks me to force close it and then the same error happens. Please help?

Hello, I have been having the same issue as described here. Any time I try to take part in a Wizarding Challenge wherever I might be, I get the tutorial screen and it proceeds to disconnect me upon attempting to enter a Chamber. Please help.
I experience the same issue, after entering the bus there are two dialogues and when pressing a chamber it always crashes instantly. Error message is referring to “wireless network”. It is the same if entering a fortress directly.

I’ve been having the same issues with challenges, whether with the Knight Bus or going out to a fortress. The tutorial appears and then, when I enter a chamber, I either get locked on a black screen or I get a network error and have to restart. I’ve tried scrolling through the forums and none of the solutions have worked.

Sorry for the trouble, @Wildefiremama. This issue has been resolved. If you are still unable to visit Special Assignments section, please restart the app.
Having the same issue, get a connection error in the tower forcing a restart, but different to others I can not load back into the game at all it just continually comes up with the connection list window. Leaving the game for a long time(hours). Eventually it let's me back in but can not do anything and shortly after again comes up with the connection list. Left it overnight and it went back into the game only to once again come up with the error on entering the tower.
Connection is fine and have no trouble with other games, can you also sort my account please
