Also, there is a bug with the storyboard that appears when placing the Baby Niffler. It is showing the same commentary as for the Baby Dragon.
The correct storyboard line should be “I always wanted a baby Niffler. They're apparently nearly impossible to train, but someday I daresay I might try. I think they're divine."
Yes, Not actually a typo but the difference is super subtle - the name of the Brilliant Event page is Hagrid’s Hut Interior vs Hagrid’s Hut. I did a double take too.
@WitchHiker took me two days to get through the 300xp. Naturally I had most everything prestiged before going into that task😂🤦♀️🤷♀️. I say you have the runestones, go fortress. Each time you get a family xp in the fortress you get 10-11 fxp (depending upon if the foundable is placed or not). Can really help in times of foundable drought.
@WitchHiker you can also get CoMC XP from Wizarding Challenges with CoMC runestones. That's how i get family XP when my map dries up

In regards to prestiging, the past couple of events, i have prepared for the event by collecting foundables from that family and not prestiging it so that i can cash in on the XP as soon as it comes up as a task. Really helped with the 800 one.
I did that as well. But currently I'm holding off with two pages because I need 2 Firenze and 1 Buckbeak. Had the luck to place (just before 4/4) and then max everything else on both pages, but can't seem to get the RNG for the last to move them to silver.
Before the event, I needed Firenze twice to prestige that page to silver. Now I only need one more.
Oh, please, please, pretty please, RNG be kind for me. Just one more this week 🙏

And I need to place those 3 images. I tried doing some fortress challenges to get the baby augurei (already placed but only three traces needed to place again) but so far, no luck. I'll get there in time though.
Pretty sick of these brilliant events that force you into a corner.
I burned all my potions and in-game coins trying to complete the final bonus. I literally needed 1 more brilliant foundable and burned my final tonic...to get NOTHING.
I collected 6 port keys from part 2 of this event and all of them have me the tentacles from the first part instead of the niffler cage. Anyone else have this issue?

@Dewin99 thanks, I got it figured out. I'm not sure why they went with such a wordy descriptor for placing 3 baby beast images in the registry.
IMHO OrangeWizard's description was clearer.

Now I just would like 1 more Hagrid. I saw him 4 times in the first to days and no more since.
@Zuzanna93 good for you, until today only had 1 hagrid and 1 firenze just lots and lots of spider eggs.

@Merlynian The Baby Niffler Cage was from part 1, the Giant Squid Tentacle was from part 2.
