I am getting the tutorial message when I enter the Knight Bus and then an error message (stating there is a wireless network error has occurred) when I try to enter any fortress level. Restarting or clearing cookies does not resolve the issue.
Adding more info... this particular account was created around November 2019 and has been inactive for quite a while. Now that my child is wanting to play it again she is experiencing this issue and also can’t send gifts.
I play daily on my account (Creature0057) on the same device. I am not getting the same error. If I log out of mine and into my daughters (HauntingSilence), the fortress error occurs. So the error seems to be with her account and not the device. What do I need to do so she can have fun in fortresses and be able to participate in all daily assignments and with events?

I have been experiencing a problem which is when I go in to the fortress using the knight bus, it keeps saying there is a wireless connection error when my connection is perfectly fine. Also when I go in to the fortress , the tutorial dialogue keeps popping up everytime even though I have already been through the tutorial already. I have tried deleting and re-installing, logging in and out, clearing cache , nothing works. Please help. I just want to enjoy the game.

I can go to a fortress, but when I click on a room, an error message pops up. I have been able to do Wizard Challenges exactly twice, and have received the error message countless times. It upsets me that I have no chance of completing certain events. Please fix this, I have been locked out for too long.
Edit: I have been playing this game since late December of 2019
My son (account danibru1704 ) still has this issue, when he first started playing the game he was able to to fight in the fortress up to Ruins III, now nothing will work in fortresses, even the Knight Bus. He has of course tried reinstalling the game, logging in and out, and using different devices, nothing works. Hope you can fix it for him

Every time I enter in a fortress I get the 2 introductory messages from Harry, and when I select a chamber, I get a wireless error and I have to restart the game....quite annoying
I have the same issue. I get the "An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again." every time I click on chamber in wizarding challenges. And all I can do is click on the Restart button.

I can 't enter a fortress or a bus. When I want to enter, I get the first two hints but when I tap to enter the game totally freezes. I tried to restart the game and my phone but it still isn't working. I really want to enjoy the full game. Can you please help me?

Also, if device type matters, she plays on an iPhone X and an iPad Air. Most recent update has been done on the iPhone and problem persists.

Not fair that cannot complete wizarding challenges when game crashes when select chamber
