How do I find the mystery redacted report? I cant seem to find it tho I keep finding other mystery items but I need the report for and assignment!

I am not sure where I found it. It says "unplottable location", but I'm under the impression I got it during a wizard challenge (trying to get the aracnula for the brilliant event). I'm sorry I'm not able to help more. :'(
Try with portkeys and wizard challenges, I did them a lot for the event.
