Mystery Redacted Report

How do I find the mystery redacted report? I cant seem to find it though I keep finding other mystery items instead but I need the report for an assignment!

    Go to Registry >> Mysteries >> Chapter 2 and scroll down. There you will find the Redacted Report. If you are referring to how to get the report, I also don't know.

    Try with portkeys and wizard challenges, I did them a lot for the event.

    I just got it!! With a sports and games quaffle!! So low value foundable. Happy hunting! Next sos centers around fortress battles.

    Yeah, I find that a lot of the foundables need'd... come from wizard challenges, or defeat'n foes that I often stopp'd catch'n ('cause I had already placed 'em in the registry, and they weren't count'n for much).
