So, the event about the forbidden forest is over by now, but Niantic already said that if you have 7km portkeys you can still open it and get brilliant creature from this ones (portkeys) but the rewards from events missions can't be claimed

I've noticed this, too. I was quite relieved to know I still had some chances to collect that Brilliant Snargaluff!
