    @Daddar What makes you think that it should work differently? The only instance in which you would have more than 7/7 would be if they rolled over with the changes in the past. Once you a collecting fragments from 0, the WILL NOT go over the max number. That would not make any sense since then there would not be any purpose for the max number. Why are people so surprised by this?

    I see. The fact remains that my page should have been on gold for this event, and captain Harry should be maxed out on gold.

    My game doesn't even open !!! I missed the weekend trying to play but the game doesn't load! it doesn't leave the opening page, it keeps loading and nothing! uninstalled and installed again and I can't even login !!! HELP

    I was on the Knight bus when the 2nd update/fix struck and I lost lots of fragments and stars. I seem to have mostly lost chamber fragments but this may just be due to the fact that I had been taking advantage of the Knight bus as often as I could to start filling in my registry gaps. I also lost doxies, (I was sure to place this on bronze page from previous event, as I am not a morning person) and Quibblers to name a few. I was on gold frame for Quibblers page, collected and placed 55 as required, then stopped catching to save spell energy for other needed missing fragments. After the 'fix' my count was reset to 0/55.


    Any help from Niantic/HPWU would be appreciated. Thank you

    Still don’t have my green stars back. Also Lost tons of fragments with the first change (none carried over). Is this issue still being worked? I have made some progress on getting the stars back, but it is a shame to lose so much progress.

    Any progress/ update on fixing the missing green stars or lost rollover fragments? I should have been able to prestige one of my bronze frames to silver by now and a few others would only be one or two fragments away if I still had my greens stars.

    At this time I would be happy to just get my green stars back. Don't bother with fragments, if that helps.

    Please reconsider all accounts. Start with the level 60s. These are your hard core players. Move a level down, and repair and recalibrate. Repeat.

    Ok... it's the end of the work day at Portkey... and still NO UPDATE!? Seems like we have been forgotten, since we have had updates on events, but zero update on anything requesting the lost fragments.

    Funny thing is that this forum thread has so much activity to it, that it is showing up on Google's suggested pages... so, anyone looking for hpwu will see the long chain of complaints and people appearing to be ignored, now.

    What happened, to cause no more information to be shared? I miss Fazes. When they were around, at least we were kept informed on Discord. This complete lack of updates is very disheartening.
