@Daddar What makes you think that it should work differently? The only instance in which you would have more than 7/7 would be if they rolled over with the changes in the past. Once you a collecting fragments from 0, the WILL NOT go over the max number. That would not make any sense since then there would not be any purpose for the max number. Why are people so surprised by this?
@Daddar do you have a green star on all the other items? If no, you can’t prestige. This is no different than before. I can’t prestige because I need more goblet of fires. So I catch and replace Harry on silver when it hits 7/7 for the rewards you mentioned. Before the update, you couldn’t re-place and get those rewards. That’s an improvement.
My game doesn't even open !!! I missed the weekend trying to play but the game doesn't load! it doesn't leave the opening page, it keeps loading and nothing! uninstalled and installed again and I can't even login !!! HELP

I was on the Knight bus when the 2nd update/fix struck and I lost lots of fragments and stars. I seem to have mostly lost chamber fragments but this may just be due to the fact that I had been taking advantage of the Knight bus as often as I could to start filling in my registry gaps. I also lost doxies, (I was sure to place this on bronze page from previous event, as I am not a morning person) and Quibblers to name a few. I was on gold frame for Quibblers page, collected and placed 55 as required, then stopped catching to save spell energy for other needed missing fragments. After the 'fix' my count was reset to 0/55.
Any help from Niantic/HPWU would be appreciated. Thank you
Just wanted to note that I am still waiting on this, I'm sure along with many others. I just counted, and have a total of 24 green stars in my entire Exploration Registry, and exactly 1 green star in my entire Challenges Registry. I have 15 Gold Pages in my Exploration Registry, and only 2 in my Challenges Registry. Should have MANY more green stars, and think I lost over 100 in the calamity. Many of the green stars I have have been placed since May 7 and some even since the more recent errant "fix" that didn't work, since I have continued to play. My Weasleys' Wizarding Wheezes page is still an example of just how badly many of us have been affected by this (I've posted about that before in this forum), although I have now re-placed 1 of the 4 placed images that were taken away from me through no fault of my own.

It won't be long before a month will have passed since the first update when many of us were affected by prestiging early. And I am among the many who were on the Knight Bus, I think, when the "fix" was released, said fix making things even worse for me.
The frustration of this continues. The point of this or any game is to play the game, and I've continued to do so; but every time I place or re-place an image, I can't help but feel that it may make my registry more difficult to fix. And I know your last update said more news this week. Just want you to know that we still care about the situation!

I posted back on page 19 of this now 30 page thread. So, I've tried to enjoy this event with hermione and quidditch capture harry but I lost my excess goblets of fire and quidditch fan neville fragments back on May 7th and there's really not much keeping me playing this event. It's beyond frustrating.
While I understand that mistakes were made and attempts were made to fix it, these fixes somehow missed a large number of us and it directly impacted this event. Perhaps the event couldn't have been postponed but keeping it going without changes and without mention of how this failed rollout of the new fragment system would hurt many of us during this event.
I'm not exactly sure where WB is taking this game but of late, I'm very disappointed. This was just after the knight bus was brought to us and made muliplayer fortress with friends and random players all over world possible. It was such a high point and then an enormous letdown.
@HPWUTeam@hpwulola@HPWUrobert There has been zero updates, since Friday. The day is half over. Can we at least get some sort of confirmation that the fragment issue are still being worked on!? We already missed out on benefits from the weekend event and a Brilliant event starts tomorrow... then Community Day is the following weekend! We need at least some sort of confirmation that fixing the lost fragments is a high priority.
Still don’t have my green stars back. Also Lost tons of fragments with the first change (none carried over). Is this issue still being worked? I have made some progress on getting the stars back, but it is a shame to lose so much progress.

On May 3 I posted "Just counted 12 gold pages, all but 3 solid gold. 2 need just a few items to go solid gold, 1 silver page is a few items away from gold." Subsequently I was severely impacted by the series of calamities leading to the existence of this page. I am the leader of my local group, and have encouraged everyone to buck up and keep playing, until now. You're not addressing the mess you've made, and are just barreling along with events that, if we play, will only make things worse. Those most affected are those of us who have played the hardest. I don't even know how to describe the mess that is my account.
I tried prestiging a couple of already gold pages. Those fragments gave me various rewards, ie bronze level. So I kept returning fragments without prestiging, just to get through the weekend event. All those fragments were wasted, except for XP and task credit. Now I see a month full of events, starting tomorrow. Tell me now: if, when and how are you going to fix my game? It's only a game if there's a chance of winning. As things stand I'm being held back. Should I just prestige everything? Should I leave the game?
I do important and difficult work, fighting fraud and trafficking among other things. This is supposed to be a way for me to relax and be normal, not another source of stress.

Funny thing is that this forum thread has so much activity to it, that it is showing up on Google's suggested pages... so, anyone looking for hpwu will see the long chain of complaints and people appearing to be ignored, now.
What happened, to cause no more information to be shared? I miss Fazes. When they were around, at least we were kept informed on Discord. This complete lack of updates is very disheartening.

I see. The fact remains that my page should have been on gold for this event, and captain Harry should be maxed out on gold.

Please reconsider all accounts. Start with the level 60s. These are your hard core players. Move a level down, and repair and recalibrate. Repeat.
