I'm keeping hope they will recover all of us account 😔 but for now they should postpone the tomorrow Wizarding weekend Event(Requesting) 😥 because in this situation I don't know if it's safe to prestige pages.

I've been sitting on a support ticket for over 30 hours with no response. I'm surprised that they even sent you a generic response.
same, @BenTiger. Any clue how someone would go about getting their $ back they invested in the game?
@Katmeowtside there is no way to get back the money you spent on the game. Read the terms of service, they gave you what they agreed to (coins). The fact that those coins were used to help you play the game, and that the game is now seriously broken, doesn't matter according to the TOS.
@Katmeowtside @MtPollux Actually, you can petition the apple store for some of your money back. I don't have links to the process, since I don't even use Apple (I dislike their products). I have friends that have received back 6 months of spending of some games, due to situations like May 7th and May 27th updates. If you use Android, at most, you can get a refund for any money spent in the last 30 days.
With that said, obtaining any refund for money spent on a game usually results in an instant ban of your account; so it is a last resort, if you feel like you have been cheated of the money you spent on a game. I highly discourage the practice of trying to get a refund. It is best just to make sure that you are sure of your purchase, before making it.
I may be missing thousands of fragments, resulting in the loss of several prestiged pages, hundreds of runestones and hundreds of red books. I may be very frustrated with the incompetence of the programmers, lately, as well as the lack of communication and the feeling that even good communicators, like @hpwulola , are starting to even give up on communicating, due to failures of the programmers leading to stress for them. Topped by the false information from @HPWUrobert... but I still have faith that some solution will be coming in the future. I still enjoy the core features of the game and I will still keep playing, until I feel that there is zero chance of my months worth of progress being returned.
