I have not received the fragments I lost on 7 May

I see online that people are getting red dot notifications on each family registry page for foundables they lost on 7 May. I checked my registry page and I don't have any notifications on my registry page. My wife checked hers and she had red dots on her pages so she could place images and prestige pages but I cannot for some reason. I lost tons of fragments on 7 May when the update came out. For example, I had 40+ Newt Scammanders on the Magizoology page and now I have 0/7. None of them rolled over on 7 May and now it seems like I am the only one that isn't getting to place any images at all today when Niantic is reporting that fragments have been recovered. Additionally, all my green starred placed images that I had are now gone. I didn't get the chance to place anything or prestige while others are getting Runestones for placing images for recovered fragments that were lost on 7 May.
I have included images that show I don't have any red dot notifications to place fragments that were lost. Additionally, I did a wizarding challenge and the reward it gave me said I had 54/21 ministry crest fragments. When I went to the registry it said I only had 8/21 fragments.
Just a little frustrated why my lost fragments on 7 May haven't been recovered but everyone else is getting notifications to place their lost fragments.

Ok but when will I receive my recovered fragements because I didn’t not get them today like everyone else did. My wife had red dot notifications on all her family registry pages. I had nothing. No fragments were restored to my registry. When will I get mine back? Looks like everyone got theirs except me.
I’m still experiencing registry issues as well, despite them saying the fix has been pushed out. There seem to be many others as well.
Players around me keep receiving lost fragments and I have not got any.
