That's all my missing ones. What's weird is the timeline doesn't even seem to matter. Some of these I just placed this morning, while others are a bit older. Other ones I placed this morning are still fine. This is a very strange "fix".
I don't know for definite as I don't take screenshots of my registry regularly but thankfully mine seems to mostly be okay. The only thing I can see that I've lost is several fragments from my Books III page. I acquired a fair few fragments from this page in the last week or two, not sure if that's anything to do with it maybe I've just lost the ones I got recently. I haven't placed any images since the update out of fear of losing things again.
We're working on a fix to restore placed Images(the green stars.) Please avoid Prestiging pages until the fix has been released, I will update you here when that happens.
Was happy to get my lost fragments back, and losing the green star on Puking Pastilles Display & Proprietor Fred W. (which i have placed today) isn't the end of the world. BUT, since the big fragment-lost, registry is just a big mess for me and i wonder which fragments/green stars i have lost today as well. It definitely robs the fun to play the game.
Above from a week or so ago. I completed Hag and placed giving me the star. This was done after the last update problem. And I caugh 2 more since placing it.
after today’s update the page is like this:
Fragment count on hag increased to 21 but star got turned off. So this update seems to have increased the fragment count but turned off the placed star meaning I now have to catch MORE to place the hag again. If you simply turn those lost stars back on I think all will be fine. Otherwise counts seem
to be better now. I had clicked on everthing after the last update and before the app update. Not clicked on anything yet today on the exploration pages. My challenge pages all had way mire counts so even though all the stars were off clicking turned them all back on and free red books.
You guys need a new DBA, updates like this one need to be tested Before, bakups needed to be made before, you need to make logs while the update is running.

But the case for me, and a few others in my community, is that when the May 7th issue happened, I prestiged all my pages and foundables, and lost all of my overflow fragments. Yet today I got no fragments back, but instead I did lose some green stars on my foundables. I'm not sure about losing fragments, but a bunch of green stars are missing for sure.
There are a few people who seem to have the same situation.
So yeah, not only did I not get anything back, I lost even more.
EDIT: And I'm glad that you are trying to resolve this. I'm not complaining, not yet at least. But I hope you see this through, and don't leave the few people hanging who lost all the overflow and even more now.
I can’t catch anything and have it count, if I’m at over max fragments. I’m skeptical about prestiging now, since I lost so much last time. But I am at 13/10 tanks of Brains and saw 2 in the last hour, successfully caught both, and I’m still at 13/10. Same with many others. It’s like I can’t even play right now.
This is just one page but I had a green star on everything but Flitwick and Sprout with the numbers it is showing as extra. However now it tells me I need more Mrtyle, Peeves, and the cup. It also shows I can place Mcgonagle.
I was hoping to get all my fragments back, before the event this weekend... but looks like all the work that I did to prepare for it is also gone, due to losing the stared foundables. If this isn't fixed before the event, there will likely be many people quitting. Two catastrophic failures in a row is just too disheartening, especially after the week delay for "bug checking" of this recent "fix".
Should have also said I lost dozens of green stars. It looks like it rolled over what we lost from last time, but took away green stars/prog towards the next level which now blocks me from leveling up my page.
Now... we are waiting for a fix, to fix the fix that was supposed to fix the issue from the initial bug... Hopefully this fix is actually a fix. What is going to be done about all the people that just lost even more fragments from this fix as well as those that still have not received all the fragments that were lost from the initial bug?
Hi all, we have discovered what caused this issue and have a plan to move forward.
The Images that received restored fragments with this fix also lost associated data, which includes the Placement status, Seen #, Returned #, and Location Found. This is what caused the Green Star and Details Seen to disappear from those images.
We have a plan to redo this fix again and only target the Fragment counts. I'll keep you updated on how this will look and our timeline.
Some things are good and some are bad. Like I gained back my Harry’s that I lost from not rolling over on the last update. But now It shows on the hippogriff I have 13/15 with no green star. Before this happened I had it with a green star and just a few extra.

I've just looked through my pages, most of which had fragment counts updated to replace losses from the two bugs of 7th May. On every page that had fragment counts updated, I'm pretty sure that all my green stars were removed (up to and including stars for images places today). I did, however, keep green stars on all pages which were unaffected by the bug (eg because of Weasley Car and Dumbledore picture which I couldn't prestige even with reduced counts) . The total number of fragments replaced looks to be about what it should be if the stars hadn't been removed.

Personally I'm less upset about this one as I had placed/prestiged everything before hearing about the 7th May bug, so those fragments returned are principally the rare ones. Obviously, as I lost excess of rare fragments on 7th May, pretty much everything I've green starred since then (and just lost the stars from) was easy-to-find fragments, so not too hard to replace (with a few exceptions - where a rare fragment was complete pre-7th May on a page with multiple rare fragments)
I also know that I got 114 red books and 1360 scrolls from placing all the returned fragments and reclaiming a lot of green stars (and 0 pages prestiged - didn't have enough carry-over to put next prestige on any page - more coincidence than anything)
Well that's disappointing... How about adding a registry export option for us so we can keep our own logs, since something isn't working on the back end...

I came here because, from my own experience, I can see that this latest update is looking a bit messed up. (Lost fragments and missing green stars are just two of the problems I can see. There ARE others!)

For the record: not a single fragment recovered of the hundreds I lost with the update, and more than 100 green stars lost. Awesome.
I've got NO rewards, just nothing added.
But have a lot, really a lot taken away. My nickname is mmyau.
Some pages even got deprestiged.
What was I expected to reward: McGonaggals, Reddles and Graves, young Hermionas, Oddities dogs, dragons.
I've got nothing. No single sticker.

Re-test your "fixes" on a beta testing small group of accounts. Put a fan in charge of critical response.
Send players an e-mail or post message IN GAME when you have to tell us news, don't depend on us checking forums or discord.
