No, unfortunately I do not have screenshots. I do not make those but wish I did... lost multiple green stars. On the otherhands I could upgrade others pages due to the fix.
This is maddening. I have hundreds of fragments pouring in, yet some foundables I had maxed are now not. I’ve spent a half hour clicking and am only about 1/3 done. Do I stop? Continue? Throw my phone out the window?
@LarixLaricina yep same here I have pages which I was finished with that are now showing not placed and ones I’ve placed in the last 2 weeks are gone 😞
I can't even start to say the amount of fragments I lost. For example, was waiting on 1 Arthur to prestige to gold, now I have no chairs and almost no moody. spent all week farming for challenge fragments on that page.
I too am now missing fragments on all my pages. Here are 2 screenshots. One with green stars from earlier and one without from just now. Now it says I haven’t filled these fragments I filled them months ago
The same thing happened to me! I have a few that show up for me to tap on for placement with the red dots but it does not cover all the foundables I had already placed.
None of my fragments have been returned, but I have lost most of my placed images with green stars. For example, on my Moving Staircase Frame I had all but Myrtle and the house cup placed. Now the others are not placed except for Professor Sprout. Which is still placed, not sure if this is because I caught her just as the fragment count changed.
@hpwulola I haven't received any of my lost fragments, yet... but my pages were update with almost all of the green stars missing! Now, not only did I lose thousands of fragments during the first bug, I just lost thousands more!!!
I lost many foundables too. I can’t remember all of them and have no screenshots. I feel really stupid for taking no screenshots and for placing everything again just now (I didn’t click the green stars this time luckily) without checking if I should first. Are there internal records, or am I doomed never to get them back? I’m sad and frustrated because I made so much progress recently : (

I had placed the other three students, and then decided to go ahead and prestige them again because the cabinet takes me way longer. I believe the cabinet was at 6/30 even before the fix.

I've gained back some images, sans green star. But. I've also lost fragments, most notably on the magical games and sports pages. I have been tracking those more closely due to the upcoming weekend event. However, I do not have screenshots as I did not know the update was already rolling out.

Yeah I noticed the same.
Just an example: I placed the Owl Lecturn sticker April 25th (15/15 fragments), and now it's back to not being placed at all (7/7 fragments).

@hpwulola it's a bit unrealistic to expect before screenshots, especially when you guys don't even tell us when this "fix" is going to happen.
I'll say this now: do a server rollback *asap* before more damage is done.

I can only report my changes in exploration fortress fragments, because I record those in a spreadsheet.
Gryffindor quidditch banner went from placed, to unplaced with 5/14.
Sword of gryffindor went from placed to unplaced with 5/7.
Knight bus went from placed to unplaced with 11/14.
Also a lot of messed up things in the challenges pages, but those are less frustrating to me.
