@hpwulola - So I've been doing challenges today, just messing around working on golding my pages and suddenly I got a Gryffindor crest that said 141/21 and I went 😲 so I restarted my game thinking I had gotten my fragments back. I did not. However, all my green stars are gone (although the ones on my BE pages are still there???) I am not placing any new images or playing anymore today just in case my account is in the process of being updated, but are they removing the green stars, is it a glitch, why are they still there on my BE pages? Basically... I'm confused.
@hpwulola - my husband just had the same thing happened to him. He was within 2 or 3 fragments of being able to gold a couple of pages and he is *not happy*. His username is Mizark007.
My fragments have been updated, but some fragments (pixie for example) I already had on green star and some extras and now there are no star and not enought fragments to place again. There are other that I can tell are in the same case.
I know for fact thats true because I placed that fragment last night.
Lost a buckload of placed foundables. Just finished all challenges to green dots on gold frame, now only a handful green dots remain. Compiling a list of the rest from memory...
@hpwulola I did not lose fragments immediately after the update a couple weeks ago. I had waited thankfully. However just this afternoon I lost a TON of placed images and green stars, including things that have not changed at all since the update in early May. I’m having trouble understanding. Please report - it is not working as it should.
I just received a bunch of red dots all in my registry but I'm seeing people losing fragments again, so is it safe to tap them or should I wait? I'm a little paranoid after last time😅
I have the same issue. For example, on the 9 3/4 page, I had placed my Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin students placed and then filled again so I prestiged those individual fragments again and now I don’t even have enough fragments to place them.
Is it possible the fix undid certain foundables and fixed others?
I’m a little nervous to touch anything after what happened last time my page looked like this. I noticed my green dots have disappeared - was that supposed to happen?
Since the last update I could placed a lot of fragments. And now everything is gone. Again. This is really confusing and frustrating. 😢
What the **** is going on? There's again no communication ingame that this will happening. If I wouldn't read third party information I would be completely lost interest in this game.

I have lost tons of stars for placing the images. Dont really have the counter in my head and since timing of this change was not announced could not make screenshots in advance. One example for all, my Central Park page was completely placed few days ago. Not even talking about oddities, which I has finished for ages...
Edit: My challenge registry for example was completely full (something before and something after the big update). Now I have exactly one star - Cho Chang wand. All is gold, but no stars.
I lost so many fragments today, all of the green stars that my foundables had, vanished. I needed two magical Transportation emblems to prestige that page, now I need the whole page. And that example happened throughout all my pages.
woke up this morning to see red dot with 9+ inside it on registry button in suitcase
came here to forum before touching a thing inside registry , hoping to see thank you posts and instead find the equivalent of tornado / hurricane damage reports 🤦🏻♂️

@BusStopToyShop - i wrote earlier about spending time and spell energy and TTDs to get to 200/200 doxies during the poacher event, though i doubt i am the only one who did that.
My Gryffindor Quidditch banner was placed, now it's unplaced with only 5/14
My Sword of Gryffindor was placed. Now it's unplaced with 5/7.
My Knight Bus was placed. now it's unplaced with 11/14.
All my books I and and magical devices pages were complete. Now none of the images are placed. My Books III had 4/5 books placed, now it's only 1/5. My Joke Products II had 3/4 images placed, now only 1/4.
I received the fix tonight but also for me multiple image I previously placed have been set to “not placed 4/9” for example. This is frustrating cause I worked hard preparing for the Wizarding Weekend. Give back the placement stars.
I lost around 90% of my green stars. Please stop what you are doing and restore a backup from earlier today. I don't mind a few losses from the last update, but if this stays, I''m out.
What's happening in those screenshots: one of them has a date stamp for the 15/15 fragments for the Owl Lecturn because I bragged in telegram chat. The other two are 15/15 and (current) 7/7 fragments.

A lot of players will start seeing Fragments restored, please let me know if you experience any issues and I will report to the team.

Everybody seems to just be losing fragments and images they already had placed.

I have lost basically all of my green stars, and I got none of my fragments recovered for both family and challenge registries. Please look into this.

Yeah I noticed the same.
Just an example: I placed the Owl Lecturn sticker April 25th (15/15 fragments), and now it's back to not being placed at all (7/7 fragments)
