@LeAnneSamantha are you on an iphone? You may need to do an uninstall and reinstall... There is a known bug out there. otherwise the forum group may need to get more information from you to help out.
Also, have you searched the Bug Report area for similar issues?
I have the same issue, when I go to the fortress I get a message of Harry talking and then I click the chamber and get the error message. It’s been happening for a few weeks
I have not been able to play fortress challenges for a few weeks now. When I click on the knight bus it takes me to the fortress, Harry says two things and when I click on any chamber I get an error message telling me to restart the game. It happens every single time and I don’t know what to do

When the Knight bus was originally released I could get in and did the first 3 chambers, then anytime after that I enter any fortress, I get to 2 pop up messages from Harry then I choose a chamber only for the connection lost/restart box to appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times plus all the other tips and nothing has worked. So frustrating! I have a samsung S9 with up to date OS. Please can anyone help?
Every time I try to enter a chamber in any fortress, I get the error "An error has occurred with the wireless network".
I have had this problem for months (since at least January). I had stopped playing for a while because of this, and hoped that the problem would be solved now in May, but it is still here, so I assume it is either an issue with my account of my phone (Huawei P20 pro). I have tried reinstalling the game, and accessing using both wifi and 4G, but that did not solve the problem.
I also have the tutorial pop-up/network error restart bug. It started last year, and I quit playing in the hope it would get fixed, but it's still there. Just found this thread, so I hope someone can help, please. Thanks!

Whenever I try to go into a wizarding challenge through the knight bus the game freezes and I have to restart the game to be able to do anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that would fix it but it didn't change anything.
I'm running the game on a Motorola One with Android 10. At first I tried the Hogwarts one through the Knight Bus. I get Harry's introductory speech, then when I try to tap to enter the Training Chamber, the whole app freezes.
Hi @RooneyTravers, I've merged your thread with a related discussion for visibility and added a fix to your account. You should be able to participate in the Wizarding Challenges now. However, you may experience a long delay (~40 sec) after selecting the Chamber. Our team is investigating this issue. Meanwhile, please give some time for if to load the Chamber. Thanks!

Yes, I have done that and its still a no go. Tutorial pops up, I tap enter chamber and that’s when the error occurs.
