A fantastic fix to the bug & a great free gift! I don't think the team could have done more in ways of an apology & have obviously worked on a solution as quickly as they could!
Quite astounding that some people are complaining about this or saying id have preferred this or that in the free gift 🤦🏼♀️
I'm still of the mind - as I've always been- that the game is growing- there will always be glitches, as with any game- but the team listen & respond accordingly which is what makes this forum so useful & brings that sense on comradery between players through the highs and lows. Im glad to be a part of it & can only applaud the consistent hard work they put into this amazing realm we can escape into, especially in these times! This game is truly a light in the darkness for me! 🙌
I was one of those people who prestiged everything before the error message came out so I lost well a lot. So anything y’all can do to partially remedy that is great in my book. AND a free gift pack!! Thank you for that too!

@Haxecura this post is about lost fragments from the previous update, not the knight bus. But to answer your question, the next update, 2.13.1 which should be released any day now, is said to have fixed knight bus issues.
Thank you for being so responsive. All of your work to improve gameplay during this pandemic has been amazing (minus this glitch). Your willingness to address this and fix it so promptly just renews my dedication to the game. I love playing, even though I get frustrated sometimes. It's a great game for all of us Potterheads out there. Thank you so much.
What about the registry say "connection lost" no allowing ANY fragments to be placed a s freezing the entire app? Hopefully this is a problem that is being worked on as well?
Thank you! I was one of the players impacted by the mess. However, for what it's worth, I have greatly enjoyed the new system. Grateful for the redesign, the chance to max out my skill tree, and work on gold pages.
