A Brilliant Event Slap

This is how I know the game mechanics are H4X

Here I am, on level 2 of 4 of the Brilliant event. Even casually firing up the game, I managed to catch on to most things I needed. ALL I needed was 1 Magizoology foundable. Never have I ever had an issue with those popping up, let alone catching them. UNTIL it was needed for the Brilliant event. Could not find one. Just barely managed to find and capture 2. One escaped - after spending 6 energy, which makes no sense when you're level 16 casting great & masterful spells.

Then what happens? The event ends.
