They recommended force stopping the game, clearing all the extras on the phone like clearing the cache and cleaning the memory. They even wanted me to send a screen shot of the error message, which I haven't been able to find a way to do. I even deleted the app and added it back. It saved everything from where I left off except for my photo. I seriously don't know what to do or who else to talk to about how to fix it. I've only been able to get 3 challenges done and that was when I first started the game.

My daughter receives the following error anytime she tries to enter a wizarding challenge: “An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again.” This is at any fortress, including the new Knight Bus one. The error message appears after choosing a chamber, but before selecting a runestone.
Other users and devices on the same network do not encounter the error.
This error occurs on an iPad Air using iOS 12.4.5. Wizards Unite is the current release (2.13.0), although this error occurred on previous versions as well.

Every single time I go to try to do a wizarding challenge it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve even deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it is still giving me the message. I keep restarting it and it does nothing. I attached I picture of the message
Has anybody been able to resolve this? I haven’t been able to enter a chamber in months! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. Help please.
I catch the Knight bus and go to the fortress when I tap to enter the rune chamber an error message shows saying network error close and re start. I have never been able to even enter chamber 1!!! So I really only ever play half the game!

I have the same problem, but the app directly crashes. Says there's a problem with the wireless network, but the rest of the functions in the app work properly, and it doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or 3g.
It doesn't only happen in the Hogwarts Fortress, any wizarding challenge does the same for me.

I alway get that error.. i havent been able to get into the fiortress for month. I about ready to just delet the game and not play anymore. Im so tired of it
