Hey there, not sure why my 2 posts were removed? I kept getting kicked out mid-battle when using the Knight Bus, and it's been happening when I was using level 5 runestones. Apologies if I'm in the wrong thread.
I have exactly the same problem as the OP - tried all the usual force close, clear cache & data, uninstall & reinstall etc. but it's still not working. Knight bus and standard fortresses both have the problem. Ta

It Keeps telling me to restart the game. Every time I go to the where the knight bus takes me to castle. What can you do about fixing this issue. I am having with the game. please and thank you

For the past 3 months or so I cannot enter any fortresses it just pops up with Harry’s fortress explanation and then says network error the minute I try and enter a chamber! I have deleted and redownloaded the game 4 times and still nothing, can’t complete anything and it’s starting to make me consider deleting the game which is a shame as I really enjoy playing it!

I have also been having this problem (seeing tutorial and getting restart screen when trying to enter a chamber) and have been ignoring it, but today's community day requires it for completion so that I would see if there is a fix. For context, I was able to complete one challenge back when I started playing but since then have not been able to complete another challenge.
I have an Iphone 11. I have tried every suggestion and still cannot get into challenges. Have tried the bus and fortresses. I get the tutorial and then the network error message. I force close it and same error happens. Been going on for months.
I also have this problem. Once in a while I can get into a fortress, for no reason. But most of the time I can’t. I get the same 2-panel tutorial every time. I choose a chamber and then get the error message. I’ve tried everything from force quitting the game, restarting my phone, deleting the app and re-installing, clear my safari history... I don’t see a fix that I can do. Can someone send me a fix? Thanks!

I have sent in a bug-notification multiple times so far, but nothing seems to be happening to fix it in the short term:
I have not once been able to enter the wizarding challenges through the knight bus. It always gives a netword connectivity error the second I try to open a chamber. I've tried the tip about force-shutting down the app and reopening: no effect.
I've noticed that i cant open any other fortress either since the knightbus option came out: this is highly frustrating, as i cant complete daily tasks nor events anymore. It really puts a stop to enjoyable gameplay in my opinion. Please send a reply if there is anything i can do, or if there is a fix on the way soon or not.. Some clarity would be welcome!

I can't seem to get into any fortresses to do wizard challenges. I contacted the game to let them know several times about the issue and keep getting the same response. I've done everything they've asked and still can't access the fortress. Any real help would be appreciated!

Have to restart game every time I try to enter a chamber for wizard if challenge. ie,. knight bus
