@CeruleanGirl Did you fight off several Poacher enemies just before the event ended? Also if you click them, do you enter the trace or is there an error?
@hpwulola I am in the same situation. foundables are still there and I can't beat all! I beat one but it remains. I can enter into the trace. No error.
@hpwulola No, I wasn’t even awake when the event ended! 😴 They are just normal traces, if I beat them they go away, but I don’t want to use up all of my spell energy fighting traces I don’t need just so I can see again. They are just so in the way! 🤷🏼♀️
I don't know of a fix to this yet! These traces are rewards from defeating the Poacher, so they are meant to stay around for the player to collect. At the moment, the only solution to remove them is to complete the trace. I'll keep investigating and let you know if I learn anything.
@hpwulola That’s unfortunate. I defeated the poachers in the hope of getting the higher level traces. Unfortunately, I had to defeat 250 poachers (according to the registry page) to get the 35-40 or so Newts, Unicorns, and Occamy Eggs I managed to return. So now I am stuck with these low level traces that I don’t need unless I beat them? I’m not sure I can even do that without running out of energy all together but I guess I have to give it a shot.
@hpwulola Well, after using 50 spell energies to clear about 35-40 traces, they don’t seem to be getting fewer. Not sure what to do now. Also, not a single extra reward, so I guess those disappeared when it ended?
I went through 214 spell energy. Most of those traces were defeated with one spell cast so say at least 150 or so traces and it’s finally starting to look like I’m getting somewhere and in all of those traces, I got one extra reward, a Strong Exstimulo Potion. Now I have to take a break to replace all of that spell energy. Sigh.
The Niffler even ended almost 24 hours ago and my map is still COVERED in Magizoology traces and to the point where I can’t click on anything else! Please help me fix this before community day tomorrow!
@Osha Read the last several messages. We’ve already discussed this and @hpwulola responded. You just have to beat them all. I spent over 300 spell energy defeating mine.

Mucho kudos for a great event! The rewards from foundables, whether loot or potions, really extended game play in great ways.
My son and I were able to move Newts suitcase to Gold and fully complete it, and nearly got New York city to Silver.
We pulled in at least 25 Newts, 15 Unicorns, and 11 Thunderbirds ( really aided by all the silver key gifts here, to push the Portkeys to open).
We had a really good time pulling down Nifflers, and he was so excited to see that his casting is getting better with
more consistent Greats and Masterfuls. There was some jumping up and down and celebrating
The Poacher was odd.... NO space for him.... he's actually a DOXY....?? And was he a Hard looker or what?

Uhm, I liked so much poacher but for next event please fix this issue.. traces have to go away after 10h! 😅

I like this new mechanic for the game. Yes I know there was a trace overload bug.
I just returned the dropped trace before getting the next poacher.
Hope we will see the Poacher as a continued oddity!

@hpwulola just done but i didn't find general question-event because my menu is in italian and i couldn't find the path.
Anyway, I chose "Segnala un bug" (bug report), wrote in italian and in english and quoted this thread and you 😉
