I accidentally made 2 accounts with my email address.... I don't even know how I did that but I want to erase one but when Intry it says it's gonna erase all accounts associated with my email address. I don't want to erase my regular game. If someone can please help.

    Hello @Cinddele , welcome to the Community! I checked your low-level account (Cinddele01) and found that it is linked with the Facebook account that uses the same email address as your main account. To avoid any trouble with the deletion process, you may un-link the Facebook login by adding a new/ different Google account (gmail) as a back-up login method.


    I'll walk you through the steps:

    1. Login to your new account that you wish you delete
    2. Go to Suitcase > In-app settings (top-left) > Help/ Legal (bottom-right)
    3. Link a new/ different Google account (gmail) as the back-up login method
    4. Sign-out, and sign-back-in, but using the newly added Google login!
    5. Un-link the Facebook login method


    Also, you can use the same process to link your Facebook account with your main Harry Potter: Wizards Unite account. By doing this, you can avoid accidentally creating a new account, and more importantly, find & connect with your Facebook friends who have also linked their account to the game!
