Time Turner in Fortress to reset time
I play solo 90+% of the time, and I am only soloing 100% right now. One of the issue of being a solo player is the Fortresses. I'm currently made it to the Forest level 4 & 5 and at level 34 regardless of how many potions I use, time just runs out. I was thinking if somewhere there was the opportunity to add in a Time-Turner to be used for only one time per Tower level attempt... and then maybe not reset the time all the way back, but maybe add say 2-3 minutes so the challenge is still there. What do you think? Is this something that would help all the solo player out there progress in the Fortresses?

I tried to solo Dark V with a L4 Runestone the other day, spent around 25 potions only to run out of time. Another minute would have made all the difference!
How difficult this would be to implement practically? I don’t know. There are much more intelligent and knowledgeable forum members here that could possibly help us with this?

To me, the time-restriction is the most important part of the challenge. It represents the incentive/motivation to try harder, to use more potions, to team up with other players and to invest more into my talents.
So overall I'm against the idea.
I see your point @Lucoire the higher levels should be a serious challenge. And please don’t take the following as my being obtuse or whining, I’m just stating my point of view.
I’m a maxed out professor who recently drove 300+ miles to try and meet up with other players as there’s no-one even remotely close to me that plays. I wish I could find others to team up with, believe me, I have tried!
I threw the kitchen sink at that challenge, potent exstimulos galore. I got my ‘behind’ served to me on a plate, big time.
Maybe a one-time potion like a time turner would balance things out for solo players? I hear about teams being able to batter Dark V L5 with ease. I can only dream about that as things currently stand.
I tend to agree with@Lucoire that the time limit is the whole challenge, so I wouldn't add anything that changes that balance.
Having said that, I must also admit that I am privileged to have a local group of players. With one of each profession at high enough levels, Dark 5 is no trouble. As a result, I've never bothered trying to solo a dark chamber. Perhaps I'd feel differently if I were in your shoes @Dewin99.

I hear your point of view, @Dewin99. Soloing the dark levels is crazy tough. Even with just two people they’re very difficult. My wife and I backed out of a Dark IV battle recently because we realized there was no way for us to win and we’d be wasting a ton of potions, so we just gave up the runestone and whatever we’d already spent. In a group with at least one of each profession, it’s a different story.
So yes, I think it would be nice, especially for solo players, to be able to use the time turner concept. All the time? Not at all. Limit the frequency of use. Make a cost involved. Otherwise there’s no challenge at all.
I am a magizoo and have successfully solo’d dark 3. It took a ****ton of potions and spell energy but I did it and I think I was sweating through the whole thing. I am supporting you @Magpie31 with starring my own words!! Team spirit!!👊👊
I agree a tome Turner would be cool. I solo 100% of the time. To battle high levels I make sure my energy is over 1500, I use a level 1 or 2 runestone only, I use potent esmatildo potion with wit sharpening and then add the invigoration and health potions as needed. This helps.
I'm still voting for it still. A Time-Turner with a low drop rate that is gained randomly in Fortress battles from Chamber 4+. It could be a one time use (per battle) to give... say another minute or two with the hope that it will give the needed edge to complete a Chamber battle. 🕥️
