Problem with link and unlink the account

Hello. I have account in the game Harry Potter. I am linked with Google email: e***********[email protected] But I have new phone and all my data was deleted from my account. So I tried to login to my account linked with my Facebook (which has email e***********[email protected] in login). I don't know why, but somehow next time I had could enter the game with my main login linked with Google mail: e***********[email protected]om. I want to add friends, but I can't do that, because of the second account linked with Facebook. So I logged out And I entered the game with Facebook account And I wanted unlink form Facebook account, but it doesn't works. 


I need unlink from my Facebook account And I need link my Google account e***********[email protected] with Facebook too. I want add my Facebook friends into game. Can you help me,please?

    Hi @EmAaSouriante, welcome to the Community! You can unlink Facebook by linking a new Google account as back-up.


    Follow these steps:

    1. Sign in with the Facebook login method
    2. Go to Suitcase > In-app settings (top-left) > Help/ legal (bottom-right)
    3. Tap 'Link to Google', and add a new gmail account as back-up.
    4. Sign out and sign-in again, but using the Google method (new gmail you just added)
    5. Follow step 2 and unlink Facebook account.


    Then, you'll be able to link your Facebook account (e***********[email protected]) to 'EmAaSouriante'. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!
