I can't load the store, I get "Connection lost. Check your wifi or mobile data." but I have a working connection. Clicking OK returns me to my suitcase.
This is now blocking me from getting my complimentary gift for the new event that started today. Can anyone help please?

Hi @HPWUrobert , sorry for the delay in replying. I tried clearing the app cache and rebooting the phone which seemed to do the trick.
