Inventory snapshot before battles
Suggestion:
- Player enters the fortress
- Player selects a chamber/room
- Player selects a runestone
- Timer starts
- IMPROVEMENT: the app makes a snapshot of the character's inventory (potions, energy, XP)
- The battle starts
- If the battle ends in a normal way (player wins, player loses, timeout, player leaves the battlefield with conformation) - the snapshot gets disposed
- If the battle ends unexpectedly (the Return to Map panel is displayed or upon other error messages) - the snapshot is used to restore the inventory: no potions, energy lost, no XP gained (can't be exploited)
Variation: snapshot before the room selection, so the lost runestone could be restored as well.
Concerns: I never participated in a group fight, so I have no idea how this could work with more than one players. Btw are they ever experience problems? All the complaints I saw before were solo players.
BG: And today I've lost 9 potions and dozens of energy to a "Server error return to map" error and I have got no response from the support. I am pissed off like **** of course, on the other hand I was thinking how to avoid situations like this and stop losing players to these sick cases.

You are right. I was not thinking of the achievements (e.g. cast X Protegos). And yes, I had the feeling that group fights is a big No on this idea.
