Detect phone in "low-power" or "battery-saver" mode

If my phone is set to battery saver, I'd like to see the game automatically switch to battery saver.
That means no hapatic touch, no improved animations, no vibration, etc.
Right now, even after telling the phone to save power, I have to turn everything off in-game, and later remember to turn everything back on.

Do other third party apps observe your phone's battery saver mode? I haven't tested it, and I'm curious as to whether it's even doable.
