Bonus Assignment Portkeys

I completed the main Darkest of Times event and got to the bonus event. I had purchased silver keys and managed to have 9 keys ready to open when I got to the bonus. When I did open them, none of the portkeys I have counted towards the 10 needed so it still says 0/10.
On past events, I opened a portkey and it counted towards whatever section of the challenge I was on. I've spent $5 on the keys to prep for the bonus event only for none of it to count. Can this please be resolved?

@ScarletLight141 These things are generally better reported in the bug section, where the HPWU team are more likely to spot them. I am so sorry this has happened to you :(
@ScarletLight141 from what you wrote it sounds like you had 9 unlocked portkeys (out of the box, just showing as a boot) in your inventory when you hit the bonus event. Opening those (tapping on the boot and entering the portkey environment to tap on wrackspurts) was not what the bonus task was asking for. The task is to unlock 10 new portmanteaus (boxes that you picked up off of the ground) to get the portkeys (boot, ball, etc) from inside.
If I didn't read you correctly then apologies for the misunderstanding.
I had the same thing happen to me and just assumed I had used the wrong portkeys from part 1 instead of two! But maybe there was a glitch? I don't know but because of this I wasn't able to complete that challenge which was a bummer.
I was actually just thinking that it would be very helpful if there was a way to tell them apart on two-part events where the ports from part 1 don't count in part 2.
