Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help with some advice. I’ve been playing the brillant beasts and fauna event but have only seen the hypogriffs and unicorns. i’ve completely fulfilled those two but haven’t seen a single other item. not one. I’ve been all over a couple towns but nada. I’ve used three dark detectors at one inn. and nothing came up , not for the event or otherwise. am i doing something wrong? THANks for the help

According to @DarkSeraphim666 in a thread s/he created:
Brilliant Buckbeak - found on the map like a normal traceable
Brilliant Unicorn - same as Buckbeak
Brilliant Scorched Tree Stump - rewarded for completing the second page of event assignments
Brilliant Young Acromantula - Fragments randomly awarded for completing wizard challenges while using the brilliant runestones.
Brilliant "Lizard Thing" (haven't actually gotten it yet) - rewarded for completing the 4th page of assignments
Brilliant "Living Log" (lower left item, haven't gotten it yet) - I assume you'll get fragments for this from the event specific "brilliant" portkeys.

I got the lizard thing from completing all four of the special quests they give you to complete. I'm still looking for the living log.
You get some doing challenges and you get some opening Portmanteus
The living log item is gained from opening and completing three 7km (Brilliant) Portkeys.
u can also get spider using other runestone, i got from fantastic flora and fauna runestone

Thank you so much!! I will try these. I haven't received any brilliant portkeys yet, and I'm one task away from completely page 3/4 for the Brillant Event. I did get the Scrotched Tree Stump since posting this question, but still missing the lizard, acromantula, and (what I'm assuming is) the living stump (bottom right)?
