Missing Brilliant Foundable

So I have basically filled my event registry except for the foundable in the lower left corner with the Severe status. Does anyone know of the best way to track it down?

I may be a skilled Magizoologist but I am not a miracle worker lol

    I was able to obtain a fragment of that foundable by using a Portkey.

    I do have a brilliant portkey that I am in the process of opening hopefully I find more if so.

    I collected all 3 via brilliantport keys. 1 per portkey.
