Maybe it has been said already, but does anyone know if you can be more than one proffesion?
For example I am now a professor, I am not yet done with that one, but I also want to become a magizoologist or auror at the same time. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to switch easily back and forth, although you cannot recover the scrolls or books spent on the previous profession. Since gathering the resources to level your chosen profession get progressively more difficult, I would recommend you look at what bonuses each the different profession trees give and match it to your play style to find the best professions to invest in before spending too deeply in one until you are sure. There are lots of guides online with comparisons of the professions and reading those might help you decide as well.
