Samsung Galaxy 9 login issues
I still haven't been able to login since the 2.4.0 update went live . I have removed the game multiple times, and re-installed from the Google play store. Still have the same loading bar freeze and the the "Return to Map" appears with lost connection check wifi or mobile data , then it loops back to the original loading sequence and keeps repeating. Please help really wanted to play on Halloween 😁

Try updating to 2.5.0. That’s the latest one. And if you’re having issues still, I think the Report a Bug section of the site might be better suited for you.

@Ginnungagap helped me get my s9 sorted. I had same issue & was advised at first to download HPWU version 2.5 from Samsung store instead of play store. It let me in but was so bugged it wss useless!
So i just had to delete cache and data from the 2.4 version. Then uninstall. Then install 2.5 from play store, and fistly download essential assets, then download all assets. It worked a treat & now alls good.
It still crashes now & then, but i think many have that problem on & off.

Not fixed. I still have issues. Wont load. Conn wd ction must return to map. Tried everything.
I have had the same issue. Samsung S10. For a month now, no matter what I do I cant run the app on the pop phone. It loads, says connection lost return to map.
I Have Note 9 Problem too much to play this game
