Support ticket goes unanswered

I've sent a support ticket in-game requesting a refund on accidentally spent gold. The support bot told me I will be notified when a team member responds to my inquiry but there was no indication of how long this wait may be. It has been hours since receiving that message and I would like to know if my ticket will be addressed since game support systems are usually always working I do not understand why I'm being left in the dark.

    Thank you. It was due to the nature of the purchase (accidentally renting a cauldron) that I was worried about the long response time. They have responded now and were very accommodating.
