Just wondering if anyone else is having major issues since the update? I can only click on foundables but nothing else, which also means I no longer have assess to settings. Anyone else having this issue or at least know how to resolve?
On iphone, can’t open any of the menus by clicking on any of the buttons since 2.6.0 update. Everything worked seamlessly before this. Tried to restart app, phone. Refusing to reinstall the game due to the assets download for now. Honestly, are developers even doing basic game play testing before releases (and there are “so many”)?
My game is now completely broken. I am on an iphone 7 with the latest Apple release. I can select item and confoundables from the board but I can’t click on and open any of the subscreens. 🙁
@ThePRCko from what I have been able to glean from people reporting this issue, it seems to have been in part caused by what they were doing when the app updated. We're you playing when the app updated? Is there not somewhere you can connect to WiFi to uninstall/reinstall and quickly redownload the assets?

Update: I deleted the app, restarted my phone and re-installed. That fixed the app. I restarted the phone based on someone else’s comment that just re- installing the app didn’t work for them
yup, my wife captured her first fragments of each of parvati patil (high) and angelina johnson (medium) today. “all” i got was an adult niffler [fist pump]

i think there is an inconsistency
the trace itself on the map has a yellow plume and the registry sticker identifies the threat level as high, but the trace encounter animation shows threat level clock at medium

and meanwhile, the angelina johnson foundable has a trace, without plume, on the map and the registry sticker show a medium threat level, yet the threat clock animation shows a high threat level
Ever since this update the game runs my battery out at least 4 times faster than it used to. I could finish my morning walk and only lose 50% of my battery. Now I can't even get halfway thru my walk before my phone dies.
Yes, I have battery saver on. Yes, I've turned off bluetooth... and all the other standard things to save battery. The only thing that's changed is the version of the game
@TwoScoopsOfHot That sounds like something glitched with sensor data requests. Have you tried turning your phone off and then back on? That should stop all of those processes if something hung incorrectly in the background.

@TwoScoopsOfHot - if you are playing on iphone, it is also known that anyone updating from iOs 12 to iOs 13 could experience significant battery drain issues. if i recall correctly, tech writer Gordon Kelly has referred to the iOs 13 upgrades as “dumpster fires”. (hmm)

In version 2.5.0 announce a new Wizarding Challenges Loading Experience was announced.
I still do not see this feature in game even after 2.6.0 install and same for all other players in my area. When will it be actually activated?

in order to disable the daily quest progress banner pop-ups
is it the same as turning off the “ daily reminder “ part of settings?
