I was wondering, if the problem with small amount of red spell books could be solved with scroll trading? Like if we could trade 10 scrolls for 1 spell book in diagon alley?

It's a good idea, and different versions of this have been proposed by multiple players. Whether Niantic will choose to implement trading remains a mystery. Perhaps, one day.
