I just downloaded the assets as well, and happy to see the event info and countdown timers under the special assignments tab. It's nearly time!! Bring on those brilliant oddities!
@kiheikid I didn't do a very good job of explaining. When you beat an oddity, tap the screen right away to skip the return animation. That will bring you to the rewards screen for the oddity, and will prevent the error from appearing with other types of foundables. There's no need to pick your poison, in this case you can have your cake and eat it too.
@JulieJubz of course not. We get powdered dragon claw from dragon pedicures given at the Romanian Dragon sanctuary. Their claws are trimmed then powdered.
@MtPollux - thank you again for your clarification; i now have tried your trick (in odditt encounter, tap after “success” to skip to reward sequence for the oddity and then no need to teboot) twice and been successful in seeing rewards sequence in trace encounters following an oddity encounter; haven’t tried trick yet to prevent rank up freezing but am looking forward to trying when the time comes
I didn't know the portkeys were a different color this time around, and ended up getting a 2km one before I saw the purple ones. They are soooo pretty, thank you for making them different like that! Also I can't wait to see fluffy!

@HPWULola Are oddities classified the same as the fortress? I found it odd that the death eaters and escapees apparently aren't considered dark forces as my proficiency power had no effect.
@Ginnungagap I'm gonna guess they are separate. Speaking as a professor who hasn't seen a difference fighting werewolves in the wild. And well pixies... we just won't go there on the comparison LOL

@HPWULola I started with the trace tonic, but forgot to use Barrufio's Brain Elixir for a couple of minutes until after doing a few traces. Oops 😂I haven’t yet come across Fluffy, I can’t wait to see him though.
@Punkyfins ignore the red dot for a while. Then restart the app before visiting the registry. It's just easier that way than restarting constantly. You'll rank up a few times each visit, so it's more efficient that way. I think at least!
i have 3 Malfoy Manor crests in Registry but I kee seeing 2 in special assignments. Shouldn’t I get credit for using strong or potent exsistimolo or do I have to use the base version.
@Titianium I agree it is confusing. However, it specifically says Exstimulo Potions so I assume you have to use that specific one. Strong Exstimulo Potion is a different potion. I would say this is akin to when it asks for formidable pixies and elite formidable pixies do not count for it.
I’ll have to wait until tomorrow as I’m making 4 potient exstimolo. How do I get Malfoy vest issue to be resolved.... I’ll try to get another one and see if that clears it
Guys, I accidentally pressed the screen right as Constance was about to say something about the azkaban escapee. If anyone can, would you mind taking a screen cap of it and showing me what she says? I really hate missing those messages 😭
@Titianium my only guess is you got one of the crests before you got to that task. You should get credit on your next one. If not, please report back so we know it's an issue. Thanks!
I didn't know/realize about the exstimulos! I don't keep the regular ones, and I just filled my queue with healing potion to replace the ones I'll need to use tonight for list 2/4.... D'oh!
