October Brilliant events

Can we get a confirmation for if we will have Brilliant events in October? During the last community day, we had a few people who attended the Indianapolis event, so they had their professions skills. We noticed a big difference from the people that had the extra 30 restricted books, vs the vast majority that did not get the books by attend. All groups were able to still do fortress battles, but the potion cost shot way up for the groups that did not have enough books to max out the skills. Not getting any RSB for an entire month has caused a huge rift. We need a way for everyone to at least get enough RSB to get the castable skills for their professions, soon. Several people at the community day were voicing this complaint.
I see that the game has a lot of promise, but something needs to be done to accommodate those that can't attend events out of their area and for newer players. I saw a lot less players this event, than were present at last event, so we are losing players and I suspect that the book issues are part of it.
I won't be starting a new account at any point in time, but as this game is best played in groups, so I would like to see some sort of way for new players to get a way to earn some extra skill books. That way they can join in the higher level fortress teams, as well. Maybe add SOS tasks or something to reward extra RSB to newer players, since they will otherwise be crippled, compared to the rest of the players.

I equally share this I have 800 scrolls no books been stuck at level 11. I suggested putting books in port keys rewarding them as scrolls leveling up having random bonuses many ways to work them in but they r not responding. My core group of players have dropped from 12 to 2 and I fear they have moved on. Niantic is making the same mistakes as with poke go only difference they have easier time getting players back in that genre as opposed to this one. Let’s hope they respond quickly as I fear it may be to late.
