I mean the game is new and the possibility we make wrong choices is high. So I would like to get the chance to rebuild my skill tree at least once. What do you guys think? I think it would be fair.
I know you can switch professions. But I'm not sure if you can rebuild the same profession (nor do I know if all the scrolls you put into it are returned upon switching - I assume not).
But instead of rebuilding, just continue to get scrolls and books and fill it out.
You can change professions at any time but your progress does not reset. Whatever you spent in your former profession stays there and you start from the beginning in your new profession. If you ever go back to your former profession, you will start from where you left off. I don't believe any one profession is so much better than another that it would require you to start over. There are enough plusses and minuses to each that it really is a matter of playing style. Of course, if you regularly play with others it is better to have a mix of professions, so that may be a reason to change.
It seems like you'll be able to fill the entire tree over time.
You'll also keep your progress in each profession as you switch around.
What I figure is the best technique is if you tend to play with the same people, each of you pick a different profession, so as a team you're strong against every enemy type. If you tend to play with a lot of different people, it will be beneficial to be able to change professions in order to best serve the group needs.
Eventually, the highest level players should be reasonably strong in every profession.
They have badges for progression in each profession, which would be incredibly easy to attain if you were able to switch and reset skill tree. Poor decisions with restricted section books may make the game more difficult to progress through, but other books can be attained more easily and shouldn't be cause for worry.

I'm gonna go with Craeft's idea that just waiting until you can fill out the entire tree is preferable. It isn't like World of Warcraft.
