When I enter in the portkey i only can grab two rewards and then disappear out to nothing... is it normal?... is frustating when you walk 5/10km, wainting for rewards, and then nothing...

Reports from the field indicate that you may still be earning the portkey rewards in this case. Something to keep an eye on.
No, that's not normal. You should be able to walk into a portkey, spend as much time as you like in the room/location until you have clicked on no less than five (5) wrackspurts, at which time you will be ejected to the reward screen. @Osprey1 is correct, there are indications that you will still receive rewards, though how that is calculated when you have multiple selections/multipliers is beyond me, though I'm curious.
I've heard in these forums that the outcome is determined solely by the selection of the first wrackspurt. Something I wish I could unlearn but I suspect I am the exception.
the only time i have had that happen on a portkey is when my gps lost lock - any chance that you are floating in and out of accurate gps lock when the portkeys fail @RainbowQuartz28 ?
While the AR features are supposed to be the coolest thing about these apps, I personally found the game much more enjoyable after turning those features off.
When you engage a Confoundable on the map, there's a toggle switch at the upper-right portion of your screen to turn AR on or off. You'll see the same switch when you engage a foe in a fortress chamber. Plus, there's another option in settings (tap your suitcase, and the settings icon is at the upper left) to turn off AR+.
Turning off AR in all three spots and enabling trace auto-align in settings has improved the game play experience significantly for me. The GPS drift issue no longer occurs in portkeys, and I'm able to engage foes or confoundables in public without pointing my phone in ten different directions (sometimes directly at people).
teace auto-align only has an effect on ar enabled play, it helps line up the stars to start the draw.

If you exit a Portkey without clicking 5 Wrackspurts, you will automatically be rewarded an item and/or XP for each Wrackspurt you did not click. You can reach out to in-app support to learn what items you were rewarded!
@Osprey1 I don't believe that is true! If you quit the experience, then you are randomly rewarded things. However, when you are in a Portkey experience, you get unique rewards based on which Wrackspurts you tap on!

He's been tabulating portkey rewards and it is becoming evident that it does not matter what you click nor how many you click. you will get a predetermined amount of stuff the moment you clicked the first one.
Ie when you picked one and left or clicked all 5 wrackspurts, the amount is the same.
If specific locations give specific things, then a pattern would have emerged but it hasn't. Or it's close to being random. If there is one, there will be guides on what to click and in what order to get the most out of it. (xp x4, or cxp/fxp x4). The community is smart enough to discover this.
The only thing you miss out is exploring the portkey. Which you will eventually get bored of after opening a few.
Sorry but I made 20km today have 3 portkeys and none gave nothing I entered in the portkey catch two orbs lights and then they failed, again... and I didn't win anything, again.. I'm a bit tired of that, I'm gonna start giving up on portkeys lol
1. The game admin/moderator suggested contacting in app support to learn what you recieved. And in app support would have helped somewhat.
Or jotting down xp, fxp, cxp, all ingredients. And compare before after quantities.
2. Turn off AR mode. No chance of accidentally stepping out of the box.
3. Tap 1 and exit purposely yourself before error.
4. Something is wrong with your app/phone.
It just so happens... @Acumen 😂😂 that funnily enough i keep data for every portkey-Inc family xp etc.
So i didnt know you would get anything if you clicked a wrackspurt or 2 then it throws u out, luckily portkeys have been behaving for me.
But il use a 2k one to try it out & see what i get cos iv got all my stats down so can see what was added. Il try it & get back to you to see how it works if i can 😊
