Some things to note...all the ingredients can be found out in the wild except the Erumpent Horns. Those can only be found on portkeys.
The potion seems to generate a random spawn every 3 minutes. It does not appear to matter if you are moving or not. The spawns also don’t seem to be high level or anything like that. So this potion is best used when out in a “dead area” that doesn’t have spawns, or if you would like additional spawns to appear where you are located. It is a nice potion to have tucked away.

for the people who have found erumpent horns in the wild, have you noted the weather?
the only one i picked up off the ground i did not think to, wondering if anyone else who found it laying loose had the presence of mind to see what the in game weather said?
noting the time of day is probably helpful too, and while we are at it the day of the month probably would not hurt to take note of.
it seems to be about as rare as hermit crab shell laying on the ground, have only found it laying loose four times thus far.

found one, lower left. pick up was quantity of one. time, 6:00 p.m., weather clear (day)

was at a subway off interstate 80, kicked up potter waiting for food and it was right there. @dogoutlaw wish it was like that at home lol
