Where are the Portkeys?!

Hi everyone, hope you are having fun at the event! We have a lot of players curious about the whereabouts of Peculiar Portkey Portmanteaus on the map. As you all know, we are running a Global Challenge and if players reach the goal of collecting Dragon Eggs, we all will unlock special bonuses next week. Players outside of the event can help out by collecting and unlocking Peculiar Portkey Portmanteaus to receive Dragon Eggs. Players inside the event get to skip the middle step and will see Dragon Eggs directly in the park!
If you are at the event and are interesting in collecting a couple Peculiar Portkey Portmanteaus, head just outside the park and you will see them on the map.

There wouldn't happen to be a tracker where we can see how many of which type are being collected, would there? Could be neat to keep updated on it. :-)
@Craeft, this was posted on the HPWU facebook page about an hour ago. Twitter appears to be the best place for the most updates though.

Hey, Niantic. Stop regional items in both Pokemon Go and Wizards Unite. Most of us cannot travel to other continents. We are disgusted by perks given to event attendees. 16 restricted books, opportunity to get 4 dragons, and ability to prestige pages and get even more books.
We'd like an even playing field.

Wow, event attendees received 16 restricted books? That’s so cool! Nice little bonus in addition to being able to experience all four dragons. Totally jealous, but stoked for those who attended. It sucks that weather had some impact on the festival, but it sounds like pretty much everyone still had a great time! Cheers, witchards!
Hey just had a brilliant idea Niantic... For Pokemon Go have Psychic Pokemon that act similarly to Portkeys in Wizards. It could be used for "regional" challenges. Plus it is probably the coolest concept of Wizards.
It would have been AWESOME if the game had told those of us who aren't at WUFF that the egg portkeys were only available for 48 hours!! I had to look it up this morning when they disappeared to find out! If something is limited time TELL PEOPLE IN GAME. I really liked these portkeys and didn't get enough to finish my registry.
