Hi Saturday attendees!
There are reports of lightning near the event space. Please stay indoors until further notice. The event end-time will be extended if start time is delayed.

Update (9:07am EDT): Due to continued thunderstorm activity in the festival area, the early access start time has been delayed until further notice.
Update (10:00am EDT): Saturday Early Access Fan Festival attendees can now enter the event space! Gameplay will start at 10 A.M. EDT
Update (10:25am EDT): All attendees can expect Fan Festival gameplay to continue until 8pm EDT.

Update: The early access start time has been delayed until 9:30am EDT.
Does this mean general access has been delayed as well?
@Dday3329 At this time, there has been no change to the entry time for general access.

So will everyone get the extra 30 minutes at the end or just the early access people?
Since currently only early access is affected, are those of us that paid extra for the early access going to be refunded in anyway?

I would prefer a refund my travel plans don’t allow for an extended stay. Communication is not the best I had to ask another player to get info for this site & information
So does the 9:30 reopening still stand?
@Erisedilla, we're still waiting for an all-clear so at this time 9:30am is not the current opening time unfortunately.
I would like a refund due to the fact my travel plans were canceled due to the bad weather conditions.
What time is the event actually starting for early access and is there something we need to do to start? Rumors of checking in at a certain inn? We are just sitting at the south entrance waiting.
Also, since only early access has been affected, will there be some type of reimbursement or reward?
Clear skies and clear radar - maybe we can hope for 10?
I believe that the all clear has to come from the state of Indiana parks and rec. Anyone have Leslie Knope's number??

Is general access still starting at 11?
Thank you for keeping us up to date as best as you can and keeping the players safety first. This event is going to be awesome thank you so much for the time and effort it must have been to set up this kind of event. Thank you again.
Agree with hoodlum17. Player safety first. Fun second folks. I know it sucks when we travel to do this but the weather isn't playing nice. We will all have plenty of time to enjoy the event
@HPWUMicah can you confirm that HPWUFF is a free wifi offered by the event?
Good news! We've received the all clear for gameplay to begin! If you have early access you can begin game play whenever you're ready. General admission times haven't changed.

Do you have to check in somewhere or does the game start automatically at your start time?
@Postalcubbie Great question! There's no check-in, all you have to do is join the festivities at your designated gate and the special gameplay will begin at your ticket's start time.
