I found an area that is heavily populated with closed inns, fortresses and greenhouses. What makes them close? Will they open new ones in its place? It's a heavily populated outlet mall so I was confused
Some places close with the business hours. They could be places that had asked Niantic to do this for PoGo because they didn't want people on their property after hours.
