I can't get into the app to report this, and I'm 6 minutes into a brain elixir. Any resolution options? Restarted my phone and cleared memory.

Stop playing! Such things happen when players get excited and try to play at the same time.
When they are dejected, throw away their phone or come to the forum to check, the server load decreases and the game works well for the smaller number that continue to play. 🥴
