Portkey has No Wrackspurts

Hi there, i'm having a frustrating issue that i can't seem to resolve.
I have 2 portkeys that once opened, will have no wrackspurts for me to tap on. I've tried exitting and reentering and even logging in and out of the game, even reinstalling. I've accepted that perhaps these 2 portkeys are as good as gone but i can't even remove them. So they're just sitting there and i don't know what to do with them.
Would like to know if anyone else faces the same issue and how i can go about fixing this.

Maybe try switching between AR on and off? I could be wrong but I think if you can find just one, you can exit and get credit for all five.
What is the background or location in the Portkey? If it is from the train, you can find the wrackspurts out the window of the train, not inside. Any others and you probably should contact support.

Oddly I miss that Portkey, but I also remember how many people had problems with it. Best of luck to you!
