Request Inns and "Shinies"

Is there a possibility to add the option to request inns and greenhouses as in pokemon go at level 40? It would be fabulous and it would help a lot to the lower level people Another question is to add something more difficult than the emergency recoverable like shinies in pogo, something that gives it more dynamism and the desire to achieve something rare in the game I hope I have expressed myself well since I don't speak English, thank you very much.
