Required foundables for current Event MIA

I am house/bed bound for next couple days due to having surgery today, and since my home area never gets a lot of foundables unless I use a Tonic, But why when the task is 30 Howarts School foundable only 1 in 10 founables that appear is a Hogwarts, I have now wasted 5 Tonics and nowhere close, they should be more available during these events. I'm ready to give up, its already bad enough that due to my health restrictions my current traces proficiency sucks and now with my spell points dwindling due to failure after failure in my traces do I see any energy appearing... of course not.
