Is anyone else having horrible luck and getting no Trace Charm charges from the Treasure Trunks? I have opened a ton of them in the last 24 hours, probably at least 50 trucks. Normally I get at least 3 or 4 per day. I have many of the SOS lessons completed to boost getting them in the trunk. Have they turned down your chance of getting rewarded for the event weekend? That would be a giant bummer after all the earning for SOS lessons to get the trunk boost. Feeling frustrated about playing.

I started off yesterday having a dry spell and I was getting frustrated as well, then in the afternoon I got 4 of them. Either they haven't changed it and you're having bad luck, or they turned it down and I had amazing luck.
Luck. RNG. Randomness can be infuriating at times, but that’s all it is. Imagine being at a casino roulette table where the colour red came up 31 times in a row. The next one must be black surely? Nope, red again!
I usually do not get one at all. When I do, every other day or so, it spawns only one or two traces.
@Danger64 if your TC is spawning traces but once you click on the first one and come back out only to find the trace you dropped the carm on and no others that spawned from it, restart your game. That should bring back the other spawns.
@Bormacska thanks! But that is not the issue. It only spawns one, sometimes none.
I just saw in another post that this is a known issue. Might be worth looking at the bug report area and helping to up vote that issue.
@hpwulola To "fix" a bug (trace charm) incorrectly (the fragments will not count correctly) with proud words to an emotional destaster for the entire gamer community and on the same day to prove its complete failure and programming inability. I can hardly imagine that a company with such embarrassing dilemmas in the development department and no quality management can exist for so long. You have a really hard job to represant this to the community..
I haven't received any in the past dozen treasure chests or more. I wonder if that got nerfed also. RIP Trace Charm.

Not sure about randomness of trace charm theory — I have space to store 5. I have opened over a 100 trunks. No trace charms. I have spoken about disappointment in the “no “ changes to trace charms changes. Perhaps the sense of retribution I feel is a hold over from current reality. But my husband/ player had a dry spell— nothing like mine and he now has trace charms appearing and he did not. speak out. What is the specific rate of return? Even casinos have to put out the odds.
